Service Optimisation

At iOTA Sphere, we believe the best way to ensure our customers generate maximum revenues is to show commitment and assist them after the service is launched.

The Service Optimisation Program provides the service provider with a regular visit by a Senior Service Consultant from the iOTA team in order to:

• Evaluate Services and derive usage data from the platform
• Update services by adding new ones or removing under performing services.
• Adding enhanced services to complement frequently used services.

The iOTA Sphere program helps optimise, the service providers requirements and end-user satisfaction, with the services.
